Course Description:

In this course students will explore the leader’s roles in evaluating a team’s performance against an effective high performance model, moving teams through the stages of team development, and analyzing the five dysfunctions of a team. Students will then develop strategies to lead their team in reducing identified dysfunctions while creating actions to lead the team through the stages of development to increase performance.
